I would like to let you know that I am incredibly pleased with the care my grandmother is receiving at Parkwood Village. She has received therapy for strengthening. She requires help with her care and the staff is extremely helpful and kind to her. When we come to visit, she is well dressed and clean. The staff communicate with me about her care and her needs. She compliments the food when I come to see her, and when I stay for meals, it looks delicious. The building is clean inside and out. She truly enjoys going on outings with the other residents. We get to enjoy going out to eat and to Walmart. She enjoys playing bingo and having her nails painted and listening to music. Communication between the nurses and doctor to the family is wonderful. I would recommend this facility to other loved ones. Thank you for caring for my grandmother.
